Edward joined the Army after he left school and served for twelve years reaching the rank of Major. During his time in the Army he completed tours in Cyprus, Germany, Canada, Uganda, Spain and Eygpt.

Originally from Achnacarry in Lochaber, Donald was educated at the University of Oxford, and graduated with a BA in Modern History (first class honours). He then worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC – a think-tank specialising in international relations.

Callum served 24 years with the British Army, and upon leaving worked in the Oil sector as an Operations Coordinator and then as a Housing & Training Support worker for a local Charity in the Black Isle and Inverness.
Andrew Sinclair is a Scottish Conservative and Unionist Councillor for the Wick and East Caithness ward, and stood as the Party candidate for the Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross UK Parliamentary Constituency, contesting the seat in the 2019 General Election.
Isabelle has worked in a variety of roles in business, including as a Company Director and in the Tourism sector, and is now committed full-time to her role as one of the Councillors for Ward 16, Inverness Millburn.
Andrew is a youth worker with LGBT Youth Scotland, a Director of Highlife Highland and a Director of Inverness, Badenoch and Strathspey Citizens Advice Bureau. He is one of the Councillors for Ward 19, Inverness South, and the Group Leader of the Scottish Conservatives in the Highland Council.
Struan is a business consultant, specialising in start-ups and scale-ups, and managing his own enterprises; you can see more about his activities on LinkedIn. He is one of the Councillors for Ward 2, Thurso and Northwest Caithness, and was a candidate in the Scottish Parliament election in 2016,
John works in the communications industry, both as a publisher and project director for smartphone apps. You can see more about his long experience in business on LinkedIn. He is one of the Councillors for Ward 20, Badenoch and Strathspey.
